- EconoFil PLA should be printed with a heated print bed set to 60°C - 80°C
- A good quality glue stick should be used for proper bed adhesion on most bed surfaces.
- If warping or stringing occurs, please lower your printing temperature. EconoFil PLA can printed as low as 185°C if needed.
- If excessive stringing occurs, the materials may need to be dried in a dehydrator.
- First layer nozzle temperature usually 5°C-10°C higher than subsequent layers.
This PLA worked very well in my Ender 3 V2 printer.
I didn't even fine tune the printer, and this lovely Angel came out perfectly!
There was no popping noises, and the filament comes in a Box and Sealed Bag, with a Dry Pack!
I first heard of filaments.ca through The Edge of Tech on YouTube.
Unlike the black EconoFil Standard PLA, the translucent PLA was more of a challenge for me to print.
Depending on what I was printing, it either worked great or ended up a failed print.
I've had great luck printing fake quartz crystals, an Aria Dragon, vases, mounts for Ikea Tradfri buttons and Ikea Tradfri motion sensors, as well as a lithophane.
I printed this filament with 60 degrees bed temperature, 205 initial layer, with the remainder at 200.
I'm going to have to do some more experimenting with this one to find the sweet spot temperature to get this one dialed in better.

Very good filament for the price. Good at any price for that matter. Printed with no issues at all.
Worked well with my Ender3 V2, Sliced in Cura. Glues up easily with C/A gel. Run at 200C bed at 60C and extruded at 50mm. No issues at all.
I've found a new supplier and look forward to getting more as needed.

I've had 9/10 good experiences with Filaments.ca, and AFAIK you'll be hard pressed to find a better batting average for filament distributers. This is an excellent product, and I've already bought another.
Love my Econofill filaments. Fantastic quality for the price, never encountered any issues while printing (which is such a relief as I've been dealing with terrible filaments for a while). Transparent is one of my favourite colours for prototyping and this filament does a perfect job of that.
Prints easily at many temperatures and settings. It’s a must for beginners or for a fast prototyping print. Highly recommended!
Really impressed. Expected this to be a get what you pay for purchase but this filament seems to perform as good as any higher priced filament. Definitely gonna be buying more of it

Parfait
Bambu P1S Textured PEI Plate I had to set to 60 degrees as 50 and 55 were causing warping adhesion issues, temp test found 220 degrees was the strongest, at 220 volumetric flow came out at 30mm3/s however in practice I've had to dial that down to 25mm3/s however for $14 PLA that is amazingly fast!
However "Natural" is misleading this should just be straight up called transparent as I bought the wrong one thinking I was buying a white filament.
So far so good! Printed some gears for my espresso machines and they turned out awesome.

Not using Amazon anymore and was worried I'd pay through the nose and have to wait forever. Neither was the case. Affordable, arrived within a few days, and they print great. Will get my filaments from here again.

Nicely rolled on the spools. Properly packaged against moisture, and prints easily and reliably. Only thing I can say is it's on a spool now, econofil used to be ziptied and you put it on a refill spool for less waste and lower production cost (I presume). Still a great price, but I
was surprised they chose to switch.

Don't know what is the magic with this filament, but in my prusa with 0.12 mm layer line, the finish is perfect. The line disappear, the results are crisp and clean. My new go to filament. The quality are better than a 40$ rollers I own.

Shipping in Canada:
We ship Canada wide. We use numerous providers for our shipments. Large shipments, 50kg or more may be shipped by freight. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the carrier during the checkout process. Any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information as well as delivery refusal will be at the customer's expense.
All orders are shipped "Signature not required" unless otherwise requested (additional charges may apply).
All orders are shipped directly from our Brampton, Ontario warehouse.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping within Canada - to select jurisdictions - for orders totaling CAD $140 or more before tax. To take advantage of this offer, please choose the free shipping option during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping method. The shipping fee coverage for the free shipping option is limited to shipping services with charges up to CAD$50.
Free shipping does not apply to bulk or custom orders with discounted pricing, or orders totally over $350.
Tracking Numbers:
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number. Some shipping options such as envelopes or local deliveries may not have a tracking number.
Failed Deliveries:
Please note that in case of a refused delivery or if a shipment fails to be delivered to you because no one is home or available to receive the package, the courier WILL send the package back to us at OUR expense. When this happens, we will try to contact you and make further arrangements. These additional shipping charges incurred as well as charges to re-ship the package, will be forwarded to you, the customer. Therefore, please ensure that someone is always available to receive the package or pick it up from your local post office/courier facility before the courier ships it back to us.
Processing Time:
We strive to ship out orders within 24 to 48 hours. Unexpected issues may further delay this process and will be communicated accordingly.
Out of Stock & "Sold Out" Products:
The inventory in our online store and the inventory in our warehouse are synced. When you purchase a product on our online store it means the product is already in stock and ready to ship. But on very rare occasions, technical issues might cause this sync to fail, and one or more of the products purchased might be out of stock. Filament and Resin: If your filament spool is defective (due to a manufacturing error), please contact Filaments.ca within 30 days of delivery. We'll gladly send you a replacement at no charge. Note that incompatibility with your printer is not considered a defect.

Printers, Accessories, and Other Products: For any issues with printers, accessories, or other products, please contact Filaments.ca within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or return as needed. This does not replace any manufacturer warranty provided with the product. Items sold as-is or final sale are not covered by this policy.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. This applies to filament, printers, accessories, and other products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 17.5% restocking fee.
